Mermaid City Golf Tournament

To submit payment, either register with the links at the bottom of the page and pay online or print off the Mermaid City Tournament Registration Form. 

Date/Time: August 5, 2026 Tee times start at 8:30 am

Format - One day tournament - 18 holes

Cost - $45 per player

Payment is due no later than August 1, 2026. Golfers are accepted in order of payment received.

If mailing payment:

Step 1 – Make your check(s) payable to “East Coast Golf Academy”

Step 2 – Write “Mermaid City Golf Tournament” in the memo section.

Step 3 – Mail your payment(s) along with the registration form to the following address: East Coast Golf Academy P.O. Box 9323 Norfolk, VA 23505

Checks and Registration forms must be received by August 1, 2026

If a W9 form is needed by your Bookkeeper, click here to view the ECGA W-9.

If your school cannot meet the payment deadline, please contact us immediately after registering at admin@eastcoastgolfacademy.org to discuss options.

If you know that your invoice needs a specific Invoice Date, please let us know by emailing us at admin@eastcoastgolfacademy.org so that we might be able to do this when creating the invoice initially. This helps to avoid last minute requests to edit invoices and, thus, prolonging the payment process.

Full refund is provided if a team drops before 15 days of the start of the tournament.

No refund is provided if a team drops within 15 days or less of the start of the tournament, with the exception of the event being canceled.

If for some reason your team needs to drop, please update as soon as possible by emailing admin@eastcoastgolfacademy.org. Teams that have not made payments by the due date are eligible for an automatic drop.
